Case number: 2025CV03884 Notice is hereby given to Defendant Samuel Kamali, last known address 6540 Millhoff Drive, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424, that on July 7, 2025, Plaintiff filed his Complaint in the above-referenced Court and cause alleging among other things that on January 25, 2024, Plaintiff was properly operating his motor vehicle and traveling north on Troy Street, in the city of Dayton, Montgomery, Ohio. At about the same time and place, Defendant Samuel Kamali was operating a motor vehicle south on Troy Street in the left turn lane, and when at Stanley Avenue intersection, attempted to make a left turn, failing to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic, and collided with Plaintiff's vehicle, thereby causing the collision. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant Samuel Kamali's negligence, Plaintiff suffered injuries to his body, some of which injuries may be permanent in nature. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of Defendant Samuel Kamali, Plaintiff has incurred medical expenses, and other economic damages, in an amount as yet not determined, and may continue to suffer such losses in the future. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of Defendant Samuel Kamali, Plaintiff has experienced pain and suffering, anxiety, loss of enjoyment of life, lost wages, and earning capacity, and other damages, all of which may continue into the future. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of Defendant Samuel Kamali, Plaintiff s motor vehicle was damaged, and Plaintiff has incurred the cost of repair and/or replacement of said vehicle in an undetermined amount at present. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Menelik Amda demands judgment against Defendant Samuel Kamali in an amount in excess of $25,000.00, plus interest, costs and such other relief as this court deems appropriate. Defendant Kamali shall set up any defense to the Complaint or be forever barred and judgment be rendered by default. Said Defendant Kamali will take notice that he is required to answer said Complaint on or before the 28th day after the last day of publication of this notice or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
