Tolle, Deceased; Elizabeth Tolle, individually and in her capacity as a Beneficiary and as alternate Executor of the Estate of Lisa Marie Tolle AKA Lisa M. Tolle, Deceased; Joseph Crank; Martin E. Tolle, Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on March 14, 2025, Plaintiffs Gary James Christopher Tolle, Martin Edward Tolle, and Adam Raymond Tolle, filed a Verified Will Contest Complaint against the Defendants, in the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, being Case No. 2025MSC00132 on the docket of said Court, contesting the will that was admitted to Probate in Case No. 2024EST02276 in the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, as well as alleging fraud, intentional interference with the expectancy of inheritance, and civil conspiracy, the object and prayer of said Verified Will Contest Complaint being for a declaration that the will entered in Case No. 2024EST02276 be declared null and void, a declaration that the Certificate of Transfer in Case No. 2024EST02276 be declared null and void, for temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief preventing Defendant Cameron R. Tolle from transferring the property, for monetary damages for all causes of action above according to proof at trial; for reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred herein; and for such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
