LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO RE: Case No. CV 2025 11 2868; Monroe Flex, LLC, Plaintiff vs. Two Men and a Deli, LLC, et al., Defendants. The Defendant, Joseph Nusbaum, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on November 19, 2025, Plaintiff, Monroe Flex, LLC, filed a Complaint in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. CV 2025 11 2868, seeking damages for a breach of guaranty pursuant to a Guaranty executed under a commercial lease. The Defendant, Joseph Nusbaum, is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks.
