You are hereby notified that on May 30, 2025 Petitions for Adoption of Minors, Aidan Johnathon Short and Wyatt Anthony Short, who were born on the 6th day of August, 2015 in Cincinnati, OH, was filed in the Butler County Probate Court, John M. Holcomb, Judge presiding, at 101 High St., 2nd Floor, Hamilton, OH 45011 and that the hearing on said petitions will be held before said Court on the 19th day of March, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. It is alleged in said petitions that you, as parents of said children, have failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with the minors for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petitions or placement of the minors in the home of the petitioners. It is also alleged in said petitions that you, as parents of said children, have failed without justifiable cause to provide for the maintenance and support of the minors as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petitions or placement of the minors in the home of the petitioners. It is further alleged that it is in the best interest of said children that the adoption petitions be granted.
