Sams, III whose last place of residence/business is 131 West Main Street, Medway, OH 45341 but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on January 29, 2026., PennyMac Loan Services, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 26CV0070 in the Court of Common Pleas Clark County, 101 North Limestone Street, Springfield, Ohio 45502, alleging that the Defendant(s) Melissa M. Sams, William A. Sams, III have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 0100500019305001; Property Address: 131 West Main Street, Medway, OH 45341. The legal description may be obtained from the Clark County Auditor at 31 N Limestone, Springfield, OH 45502, 937-521-1860. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
