The subject of the hearing is the following: The Commission of the City of Dayton, Ohio (the "Commission") pursuant to Resolution No. [6942-26] duly adopted on July 1, 2026 (the "Resolution of Sufficiency") has set the time and place for a hearing on the Petition for the Establishment of the City of Dayton City-Wide New Community Authority, a new community district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349 (the "Petition"). The hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on July 29, 2026, at the City Commission Meeting Room located at City Hall, Second Floor, 101 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. The Resolution of Sufficiency and the Petition are each on file in the offices of the City, located at 101 W.
