Legal Notice No. 1200-30 Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: The City Commission of the City of Dayton, Ohio (the "Commission") will hold a public hearing pursuant to a Resolution No. 6943-26 of the Commission duly adopted July 1, 2026 (the "Resolution of Sufficiency"), at or after 6:00 p.m. on July 29, 2026, at the Meeting Room of the Commission located at 101 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402 on the Consent (as defined herein) filed pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 349.03(B)(4), including those with respect to: (i) the City of Dayton, Ohio, and its permitted successors and assigns with respect to Montgomery County Parcel Number R72 00511 0001, (ii) the City of Dayton, Ohio, and its permitted successors and assigns including, but not limited to, the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority, with respect to Montgomery County Parcel Number R72 00512 0037, and (iii) the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority with respect to Montgomery County Parcel Number R72 00506 0009 (collectively, the "Consent"), as property owners and future property owners, to add certain parcels of real property to the City of Dayton City-Wide New Community Authority District (the "District"), a new community authority district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349.
