LEGAL NOTICE NO. 46 Electronic bids will be received by the Director of Public Works of the City of Dayton, State of Ohio, until 12:00 Noon, December 18, 2025 for the following improvement: EAST PATROL OPERATIONS DIVISION NORTH RENOVATIONS (10% MBE PARTICIPATION GOAL) Information and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the City Engineer's Office Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidding documents for this project may be examined online or downloaded at: www. questcdn.com. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is #9425230. There is a nonrefundable fee of $70 for each set of bidding documents. If the base bid plus all alternates accepted by the City for this Project exceeds $2,000,000.00, the successful contractor, and all of its subcontractors, will be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement pursuant to the terms of Dayton R.C.G.O. Section 35.241. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontract bidders on this project must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council as such. This Project is being bid with a 10% MBE Participation goal.
