There is a nonrefundable fee of $70 for each set of bidding documents. If the base bid plus all alternates accepted by the City for this Project exceeds $2,000,000.00, the successful contractor, and all of its subcontractors, will be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement pursuant to the terms of Dayton R.C.G.O. Section 35.241. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontract bidders on this project must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council as such. This Project is being bid with a 10% MBE Participation goal.
