LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Monroe Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. The Planning Commission will consider an application for Zoning Map Amendment from Larissa Addison on behalf of InSite Real Estate Investment Properties LLC, 3500 Salzman Road, Monroe, OH 45044. The applicant seeks approval regarding a zone change of their property, approximately 47.1 acres, at 3500 Salzman from L-I Light Industrial to H-I Heavy Industrial. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids, and services in order to participate in this meeting.
