LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Monroe Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. The Planning Commission will consider applications for Zoning Map Amendment and Planned Unit Development from Zach Rodenbarger of Bridge Development Group, 3700 Roosevelt Street, Gary, Indiana 46408. The applicant seeks approval for a zone change regarding Parcels C18000006000044 and C1800005000081, totaling 84.54 acres, from GC General Commercial (3.23 acres) and UR Urban Residential (81.312 acres) to GR General Residential and UR Urban Residential Planned Unit Development for the purpose of a residential development. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids, and services in order to participate in this meeting.
