LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on April 21, 2026, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 26-115, Accepting the application for annexation of certain territory containing 4.6223 acres, more or less, in Moorefield Township and commonly known as the 2425 Mechanicsburg Road Annexation Area to The City of Springfield, Ohio. Resolution No. 6311, Declaring it necessary to require the construction or reconstruction of curbs, gutters and sidewalks at the points identified as Section No. 1 of Streets and Select Locations of the 2026 Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Program. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
