LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on August 12, 2025, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 25-225, Providing for the issuance and sale of notes in the maximum aggregate principal sum of $819,000.00 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2025-2 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City, and declaring an emergency therein. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
