LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on January 27, 2026, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 26-14, Providing for the issuance and sale of Notes in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $17,622,000.00, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, for the purpose of paying the costs of various public infrastructure projects. Ordinance No. 26-17, Vacating Lagonda Avenue from North Belmont Avenue to Reaper Avenue, and vacating Reaper Avenue from Lagonda Avenue south to Lowell Street; and declaring an emergency therein. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
