LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on June 16, 2026, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 26-161, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by amending certain provisions of Chapter 1721 entitled Tobacco Retailer Licensing and Sales. Ordinance No. 26-169, Providing for the issuance and sale of notes in the maximum aggregate principal sum of $1,191,800.00 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2024-C Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City; and declaring an emergency therein. Ordinance No. 26-170, Providing for the issuance and sale of notes in the maximum aggregate principal sum of $1,065,700.00 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2026 Sidewalk, Curb, and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City, and declaring an emergency therein.
