LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on July 14, 2026, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 26-187, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio, by rezoning 2.94 acres located at 2725-2727 Columbus Avenue, Springfield, Ohio from Springfield Township I-1, Industrial District, to City I-LI, Light Industrial District. Ordinance No. 26-188, Amending Ordinance No. 91-90, passed March 12, 1991, and commonly known as the Codified Ordinances of The City of Springfield, Ohio, by enacting Section 371.061 entitled Pedestrian Safety in Median and Traffic Islands. Ordinance No. 26-189, Imposing a temporary moratorium on the establishment, development, processing, review, and approval of High-Density Computing Facilities within the City of Springfield, Ohio for a period of six (6) months in order to allow for the review, study, and analysis of High-Density Computing Facilities. Ordinance No. 26-199, Consenting to an improvement by the resurfacing of East Main Street (US Route 40) between Greenmount Avenue and Burnett Road, (project identified as CLA - US 40 14.14, PID No. 117962); requesting cooperation of the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio in the planning, design and construction of such improvement; providing for the maintenance of said improvement; authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio necessary to complete the planning and construction of this improvement. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
