LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on July 28, 2026, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 26-203, Authorizing all actions necessary to effect a governmental natural gas aggregation program with opt-out provisions pursuant to Section 4929.26, Ohio Revised Code, directing the Clark County Board of Elections to submit a ballot question to the electors; and declaring an emergency therein. Ordinance No. 26-209, Levying special assessments for the improvement of streets by the construction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters in the 2024 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program; and declaring an emergency therein. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
