LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on November 3, 2025, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 25-282, Approving and authorizing the execution of a Tax Increment Financing Cooperative Agreement by and among the City of Springfield, Ohio, West Central Ohio Port Authority, Sycamore Ridge Project I, LLC or its designee, and Argent Institutional Trust Company, to provide for development in the City. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
