LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on September 22, 2026, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 26-247, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning approximately 0.88 acres located at 244 Buxton Avenue, Springfield, Ohio from R-LD, Low-Density Residential District, to R-HD, High-Density Residential District. Ordinance No. 26-251, Consenting to the resurfacing of State Route 41 from Main Street to the corporation limit within the City of Springfield, by the Ohio Department of Transportation (identified as CLA SR41 14.86, and further identified by PID No. 117964); providing for the maintenance of the right-of-way; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio necessary to complete the project. Ordinance No. 26-253, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning approximately 2.32 acres located at 1765, 1770, 1800, and 1805 Lindeman Drive, Springfield, Ohio from C-LC, Light Commercial District, to R-LD, Low-Density Residential District; and declaring an emergency therein. Ordinance No. 26-259, Authorizing an additional expenditure in an amount not to exceed $18,836.00 related to the resurfacing of East Main Street (US Route 40) between Greenmount Avenue and Burnett Road, (project, identified as CLA US 40 14.14, PID No. 117962); and declaring an emergency therein.
