LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Downtown Dayton Special Improvement District, Inc. (the "SID") is requesting sealed Proposals for Plan for Services Administration for performance of the SID's Services Plan. Copies of the Request for Proposals (the "RFP") are available on October 10, 2025, from the office of Christopher R. Conard, Esq., legal counsel to the SID, at Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A., 33 West First Street, 2nd Floor, Dayton, Ohio 45402 ("Office of the Board Legal Counsel"). All Proposals must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in the RFP, and must be received in the Office of the Board Legal Counsel at or before 4:00 p.m., November 7, 2025. Bids will be opened publicly and read at that time in Conference Room 2 of the Office of the Board Legal Counsel. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making same and all persons interested therein (the "Proposer"), and must be accompanied by a surety bond in the amount of $10,000, or by a certified check on a solvent bank, money order, or cashier's check of like amount, as a guarantee that, if the Proposal be accepted, a contract will be executed by the parties. Within ten (10) days of notification of award by the SID to the successful Proposer, such Proposer will be required to enter into a contract, and submit a Certificate of Insurance as required.
