LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that one public hearing will be held by the Butler County Rural Zoning Commission on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in the first-floor conference room of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 7:00 p.m. A zone change application (RZC 26-02) to amend the Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution has been filed by Brian Bottoms, Ross Trails Inc., P.O. Box 277, Ross, OH 45061. The proposed zone change encompasses property located at 3853 Layhigh Road, Ross, OH 45061 in Ross Township (parcel K4610027000043). The proposed zone change is from the current Agricultural District (A-1) to Residential Planned Unit Development District (R-PUD); the applicant intends to add additional single lots to the property. Questions concerning the above meeting can be answered at the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
