LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that one public hearing will be held by the Butler County Rural Zoning Commission on Monday, October 27, 2025, in the first-floor conference room of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 7:00 p.m. A zone change application (RZC 25-02) to amend the Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution has been filed by Conerstone Custom Properties, 6390 Trenton-Franklin Road, Middletown, OH 45042. The proposed zone change encompasses two parcels located at 4242 Elk Creek Road, Trenton, OH 45067 in Madison Township (parcel E2210032000038 & E2210032000037). The proposed zone change is from the current Agricultural District (A-1) to Suburban Residence District (R-1A); the applicant intends to add additional lots to the property. Questions concerning the above meeting can be answered at the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Butler County will aid persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting.
