Legal Notice of Public Hearing and 30-Day Comment Period on City of Middletown Draft PY26 CDBG Annual Action Plan The City of Middletown's Community & Economic Development Department will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:30pm in City Council Chambers, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio 45042 to receive comments regarding the Draft PY 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for Middletown, Ohio which includes the recommended 2026-27 budget for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Members of the public are invited to speak at this hearing regarding the proposed AAP. Copies of the draft plan will be available for thirty (30) days beginning April 8 through May 8, 2026 on the City's website, at the City building in the Community & Economic Development Department, at MidPointe Library, and at Sonny Hill Community Center. Comments on the proposed plan will be received in writing via email to cdbg@communitydevelopmentprofessionals.com or may be remitted to Community & Economic Development Department, Attn: CDBG AAP Comments, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH 45042. City Council will receive and consider comments or recommendations prior to approving and directing the submission of the Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. 3-15/2026
