LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FY 2025-2026 Substantial Amendment to Annual Action Plan Hamilton City Council will meet at their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 6 pm during which it will hold a public hearing regarding a Substantial Amendment to be included in the FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan. The City proposes to amend FY 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds up to $100,000 for eligible public facility improvement activities. Upon conclusion of the hearing, City Council will consider the appropriate legislation for the amended use of these funds. Attendees unable to attend in person are encouraged to participate via the City's Facebook Live account on March 25, 2026 at 6pm.
