LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON Draft FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan Update The Hamilton City Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 1:30 PM in the Council Chambers located in the Hamilton Municipal Building, 345 High Street, First Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 to hold a public hearing to consider the Draft FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan. The 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan for Hamilton, Ohio includes recommended budgets for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds. The proposed budget estimated for CDBG is $1,279,648 and HOME is $330,444.17. The objectives of the CDBG and HOME programs include the revitalization, preservation, conservation and redevelopment of neighborhoods, stimulating economic development; and providing public services/improvements projects and other eligible activities, some of which are carried out by subrecipients. The Planning Commission will consider recommending or modifying the draft plan for presentation to the City Council. City Council will consider the Planning Commission's recommendation or modification before approving and directing the submission of the Annual Action Plan to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
