Legal Notice of PUBLIC HEARING ON FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Update A public hearing will be held before Hamilton City Council, meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 345 High Street, 1st Floor, Municipal Building, to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation on submission of the Draft FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Update for Hamilton, Ohio to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Draft FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Update for Hamilton, Ohio includes City Council recommended budgets for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds. The proposed budget estimated for CDBG is $1,279,648 and HOME is $330,444.17. Objectives of the CDBG and HOME programs include revitalization, preservation, conservation and redevelopment of neighborhoods, stimulating economic development, providing public services/improvements projects and other eligible activities, some of which are carried out by subrecipients.
