LEGAL NOTICE On June 10, 2026, the Council of the City of Hamilton, Ohio, approved Ordinance #OR2026-6-35 amending Hamilton Codified Ordinance (HCO) Chapter 1733 Fees and Charges. This ordinance amends Section 1733.01 Fees and Charges for the 2027 fee schedule for retail food establishments, food service operations, plan review, temporary food service operations/retail food establishments, vending machines, mobile food service operations/retail food establishments, public swimming pools/ spas/special use pools/additional pools on site, person in charge food safety training, sewage treatment systems / gray water recycling systems and private water systems. This fee schedule is effective December 1,2026.
