LEGAL NOTICE On September 18, 2025, the Board of Health of the Butler County General Health District approved Motion #2025-09-005 adopting the 2026 schedule of consolidated license fees for body art establishments, food service operations, retail food establishments, mobile/vending/temporary food service operations, pools/spas/special use pools/splash pads, rv/camps/temporary camps, plumbing, private water, and household sewage treatment systems including one-year and O&M.
