LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Clark County Department of Job and Family Services (CCDJFS) is seeking proposals from qualified providers who have the ability to provide shelter and case management services to the homeless families in the community in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the RFP. Proposal Requirements: Full name and address of each person or organization submitting proposal on outside of envelope. Proposals must be submitted in both paper format and electronically via email to Clark_Contract_Development@jfs.ohio.gov.
