Legal Notice Request for Qualifications A&E Services Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, Springfield, Ohio will receive proposals from qualified A&E firms to provide Indefinite Quality-Indefinite Delivery or Task Assignment Architectural/ Engineering (AE) services in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFQ.
