LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES The Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council ("EPC") is soliciting statements of qualifications from professional design firms for professional design services to be utilized by members of the EPC for existing facilities improvements.
