Legal Notice Sealed proposals, clearly marked "Water Valve Exerciser" will be received by the City of Oxford, Ohio in the office of the Service Director, until 10:00 am on Friday, April 24, 2026, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for which proposals are invited consists of all tools, materials, equipment, delivery, etc. for the "Water Valve Exerciser". The document can also be downloaded, at the bidder's expense, from the City of Oxford website: www.cityofoxford.org. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price of said bidder to assure, in the event the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and performance thereof properly secured. Each bid shall be accompanied by a description containing specifications, dimensions and/or photographs of items being bid. The City of Oxford reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid, to hold any bid sixty (60) days before accepting same and to accept that bid which is deemed in the sole discretion of the City of Oxford to be the lowest and or best bid.
