LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 South College Ave., Oxford, Ohio 45056, until 10:30 a.m. local time, Friday, November 7, 2025 and publicly opened and read at that hour and place. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Water Main Replacement- High St. from Elm St. to College Ave. Contract documents can be downloaded, at the bidder's expense, at www.cityofoxford.org. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin and are required to follow all State of Ohio prevailing wage rate requirements.
