LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the Office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 South College Avenue, Oxford, OH 45056, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, October 10, 2025, and publicly opened and read at the hour and place specified. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor and equipment necessary for the removal of snow and ice from properties that are non-compliant with the City of Oxford's snow removal Ordinance and are abutting the City's designated Snow Emergency Routes. Contract documents can be downloaded, at the bidder's expense, at www.cityofoxford.org. Each proposer must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, and are required to follow all State of Ohio prevailing wage requirements that may be applicable.
