LEGAL NOTICE The Bradford Public Library ('Owner") is soliciting statements of qualifications for professional design services in relation to the Owner's Children's Wing Addition. The project involves a 2,600 square foot addition to the current structure and renovation of approximately 1,500 square feet of space for a Young Adult area and expansion of our History Room. Respondents should have experience in the design and construction of similar library projects. Interested firms may obtain a copy of the Owner's Request for Qualifications for professional design services, which provides additional details regarding the Project and submittal requirements, directly from Stacie Layman, Director of the Bradford Public Library, at bradfordpublic@gmail.com.
