Main St., Troy, OH45373, Case No. 26 CV 00235 Brian Mccarroll, Individually and as Executor of the Estate of Beulah M. McCarroll and as Successor Trustee of the Beulah Mccarroll Trust Created 11/25/2003, Plaintiffs vs. Jeffrey Mccarroll, et al., Defendants, and to the unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses, Guardians and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minors and/or Incompetent Heirs of Beulah M.
