The project includes the redevelopment of a 21-story building into a new mixed-use residential and commercial project in Dayton, Ohio. The building will contain 224 living units with ground-floor retail space and residential amenities. Construction is anticipated to start in January 2026 and be Substantially Complete within 20 months. Bids are due to Model Construction via Building Connected on Friday, October 3rd by 5:00PM.
