NEWSPAPER LEGAL NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has prepared a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) to analyze the potential environmental impacts associated with a gravesite expansion and cemetery improvements on approximately 44.9 acres, including approximately 11-acres of undeveloped land, within the existing Dayton National Cemetery located at 4400 West Third Street Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio 45428 [EAXX-029-40-NCA-1753125027]. VA has prepared the Draft EA in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) (42 U.S. Code [USC] § 4321- 4370) and VA's NEPA regulations (38 CFR Part 26). The Draft EA is available on the VA website at: https://www.cem.va.gov/ea.asp Hard copy of the Draft EA is also available for review at the Dayton Metro Library located at 215 E. Third St. Dayton, OH 45402 and at the Dayton National Cemetery located at 4400 West Third Street Dayton, OH 45428.
