Notice is hereby given that on 9/22/25, the Council of the City of New Carlisle held a Special / Working Session Meeting where the following were discussed: Upcoming Meetings: 10/6/25 and 10/20/25 Regular Council Meetings start time: 6:00 pm. Copies of all legislation can be found at the City Building, 331 S. Church St., between 7 am and 4 pm upon request. Special Meeting/ Work Session: Work Session/Special Meeting on 10/14/25 and 10/15/25 to discuss city business and budget and take action on previously introduced legislation. Unless otherwise noted, all sessions will be held at Heritage Hall in Smith Park at 6:00pm. 10/14 and 10/15 meetings will be held at the Fire House.
