Notice is hereby given that the City of New Carlisle Social Service Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday November 6, 2025, to discuss, review, and hear public comments concerning case number SSC 25-001 for the organization and bylaws of the Commission and SSC 25-002 case regarding housing needs. The public hearing will take place at 6:00PM and will be held at the Heritage Hall Shelter House, 801 West Jefferson Street, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344 and open to the public. 10-23/2025
