Notice is hereby given that the City of New Carlisle Parks and Recreation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday December 3, 2025. This is an organizational meeting to establish bylaws and other administrative duties. The public hearing will take place at 6:00PM and will be held at the Heritage Hall Shelter House, 801 West Jefferson Street, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344 and open to the public. 11-23/2025
