NOTICE OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING FOR THE MIDDLETOWN ENERGY SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, INC. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Middletown Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the "District") will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the One Donham Plaza, Middletown, OH 45042. The District is a nonprofit corporation and special improvement district created pursuant to Chapters 1702 and 1710 of the Ohio Revised Code to govern the District. The purposes of this meeting of the Board are to attend to the District Board member roster, review the District's financial statements, review compliance items, discuss future marketing and outreach opportunities for the District, consider a District Virtual Meeting Policy, and consider other business that may properly come before the Board. 11-13/2025
