NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO BUTLER COUNTY'S ACTION PLAN & CONSOLIDATED PLAN The following activities of the 2021, 2023, & 2025 Butler County Entitlement Programs will be revised from the original corresponding Action Plan and Consolidated Plan, and a Substantial Amendment will be submitted to HUD. These changes will be made to ensure timely expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Decrease Project 2021 City of Fairfield Holden Blvd. & Gilmore Rd. Sidewalk: -$33,988.75; Decrease Project 2021 City of Oxford ADA Sidewalk Ramp Improvements: -$222.40; Decrease Project 2021 Village of Millville Storm & Drainage Improvements: -$7,633.24; Decrease Project 2021 Village of Seven Mile Emergency Storm Sewer Replacement: -$9,670.00; Decrease Project 2021 Sojourner Transitional Living Facility Upgrades -$1,636.00; Decrease Project 2021 Butler County Care Facility Cooling Tower Pump & Water Heater: -$6,849.61; Decrease Project 2023 Fairfield Township Stormwater Improvements on Pater Avenue: -$40,000.00; Increase Project 2025 Village Food Pantry Food Distribution: +$40,000.00; Increase Project 2025 SELF Emergency Home Repair Program: +$60,000.00.
