NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE STILLWATER CROSSINGS NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY VILLAGE OF WEST MILTON, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Stillwater Crossings New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at West Milton Village Hall, 701 S. Miami Street, West Milton, Ohio 45383. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) conduct the annual organizational meeting of the Board; (ii) consider setting the community development charges to be imposed for tax year 2026, collection in calendar year 2027; (iii) consider an annual operating budget for the Authority; (iv) consider authorizing the Authority to renew or obtain necessary insurance coverage; (v) consider other board policies and governance items; (vi) consider authorizing documents necessary in connection with the financing community facilities for the north side development; and (vii) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 9-6/2026
