Notice of Application to Relocate a Branch of a National Bank Notice is given that Fifth Third Bank, National Association, a federally chartered depository institution with its main office located at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on or about July 20, 2026, as specified in 12 CFR Part 5, for permission to relocate a staffed branch ("Salem Mall BC") from its current location of 2250 Shiloh Springs Road, Trotwood, Ohio 45426 to its new location of 3530 West Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45406 ("Siebenthaler BC").
