NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB NO ACTION RECORD OF DECISION for the BUILDING 30013 SUMP PIT AREA SITE (LF512) The United States Department of the Air Force (DAF) is announcing the availability of the No Action Record of Decision (ROD) for the Building 30013 Sump Pit Area site (LF512) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The ROD documents the selected remedy of No Action for LF512. Soil at the site does not present an unacceptable risk to human health or the environment and meets the criteria for unlimited use/unrestricted exposure. The No Action alternative was evaluated in the Feasibility Study and presented for public comment in the Proposed Plan with input from regulatory agencies. No comments were received during the comment period.
