NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an ordinance passed on January 12, 2026 by the Council of the City of Union, Montgomery County and Miami County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the Primary/Special Election to be held on May 5, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the Ordinance providing for the continuation of an existing 1.5 percent levy on income and a 1 percent levy increase on income for the purpose of funding the police department and fire department operations; maintenance of equipment; acquisition of new equipment, including debt service charged thereon, beginning on January 1, 2027 be passed?
