NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on December 8th, 2025 by the Board of Education of the Jefferson Township Local School District, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the Primary/Special Election to be held on May 5, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein the following question: Shall an annual income tax of 1.25% on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Jefferson Township Local School District, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2027, for the purpose of current expenses?
