NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on December 1, 2025 by the Council of the City of Trotwood, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the Primary/Special Election to be held on May 5, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Trotwood for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,411,918 annually, at a rate not exceeding 5.75 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $110 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
