NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a petition filed and certified by the Board of Elections, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Dayton, Precinct 12-C, at the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Shamrock Athletic Club an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of social club at 820 Linden Ave, Dayton, Ohio in this precinct?
