NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a petition filed and certified by the Board of Elections, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Huber Heights, Precinct 1-D, at the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by CWA Management, L.L.C., dba Villa Tavern an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant/bar at 6303 Rip Rap Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424 in this precinct?
